June 5th Scheduled Update Notice
The scheduled maintenance will commence on Jun. 5th, 10AM Wednesday (KST) this week. Fixes 5 issues, including ones involving EXP Packs, Defense Skills and the Mirror Dungeon Event.
May 30th Scheduled Update Notice
Adds 2 Target Extractions and a new E.G.O. Includes 4 changes, 22 bug fixes and 3 known issues, including ones involving Support Identities, Boss Encounter and Pack Compendium.
Notice: Additional Information Regarding Refraction Railway Line3 Progress Reset
Once we realized this, we posted a notice with the details of the issue, line closure, progress reset, and reward withdrawal around 14:30 (KST). After the May 23rd(Thu) 12:00 (KST) Scheduled Update, in version 1.47.1, 'an issue where E.G.O resource would be saved upon Retry Stage' has occurred.

We have identified an issue where owned E.G.O Resources constantly stacks.
May 23rd Scheduled Update Notice
They will be refunded to your account via the in-game Inbox. Includes 3 changes and 15 bug fixes, including ones involving Uptie Tiers, Base Power and Floor Theme Packs.
Notice: The Ring Pointillist Student Yi Sang & Outis E.G.O Gift Application Adjustments
The Ring Pointillist Student Yi Sang & Outis' interaction with E.G.O Gifts will be adjusted. With these changes deploying with the May 23rd (KST) Scheduled Update, The Ring Pointillist Student Yi Sang & Outis Identities will have their Identity Levels & Uptie Tiers reset.

We will cancel the proposed skill value adjustments for these identities. For the sake of long-term operation as well, once an Identity or E.G.O has been released with a certain level of performance, we will ensure that nerfs will not be carried out unless it is to fix a bug.

'Tornado' Starter Buff for Mirror Dungeon #4 has been included in the list of Starter Buffs that have become free to unlock. Starter Buff cost changes & unlocked Starter Buff cost refunds will be adjusted accordingly.

Notice: Frequent Server Errors
We have identified an issue where, after the May 2nd 12:00 (KST) Scheduled Update, the "A Server error has occurred" popup is occurring with abnormally high frequency. We will upload a more detailed notice as soon as it is fixed.

May 2nd New Content - Mirror of the Wuthering

Library Of Ruina Bonus Coupon Code Exchange Notice
It will be made available on May 2nd, 12:00 (KST). After the April 25th Scheduled Update, on Version 1.45.1, you can use the "Input Coupon Code' function in-game to input the bonus coupon code included in the "physical copy of the Library of Ruina Console version".

Notice: Heathcliff Binds E.G.O Error
Errors with Heathcliff’s Binds E.G.O have been identified,specifically regarding buffs ‘Before the King’ and ‘Before the King in Binds’. Currently, the intent, the actual effects, and the in-game description of the said effects are misaligned, so we intend to correct them.

Notice Regarding April Fools' Day
I'm afraid I have unfortunate news to share about this year's April Fools' Day event, especially since so many people were looking forward to it. My wish is that we could provide you with an entertaining April Fools' Day event every year.
Notice : Issues Identified after Mar. 28th Scheduled Update
The hotfix will be deployed upon restarting the game, and it does not require a client update. Covers Issues and An issue where clearing 6-16 does not yield Account EXP or Identity EXP.
Notice : Mirror Dungeon Level Cap
Season 4 Clear All Cathy will be released with the Mar. 28th (KST) Scheduled Update. Clearing the Main Story Chapter 5 will unlock the Identity level cap from 40 to 45.
